Read a Book, Write an Illustrator

Illustrators are important! Their work greatly aids in kids' comprehension of texts. Looking at pictures in a book is an important first step to understanding a book. Great illustrations inspire kids to keep reading and stay interested.

Read a book and write to an illustrator.
Or! For additional fun, send your own drawing to an illustrator, perhaps alternative illustrations to a book you love.
